🪔 Daily Malika Verse

Verse of the Day

One verse of the Bhavishya Malika every day — quoted verbatim from the source books of the Panchasakha, with its meaning in plain English.

27 July 2026

"niścaya kaḷkī hoiba, jedina mīna śani bhoga / pañca graha je yukta hebe, āgāmī aḍhāi ra yoga / chadantu śata graha āsi, śani kumbharu jibe khasi / praveśa mīna saṅkaṭare, ḍhāki thāu he sr̥ṅkha nare / vishṇu nāśiba abahelē, bhagaṭe rakṣu bāhu baḷe / meḷecha damana nāśiba, durgī khapara pakāiba / asat khaḷi je damana, śuṇa he sādhu sr̥ṅkha jana / napaḍha damanara bhāge, cetāi deuchhi āge / satya nābhare basa yāi, pārahoiba bhaba nai"

Source: Paduka Kalku (Bhimaboi), Adhyaya-31

Meaning: On the day of the Meena-Shani yoga, Kalki will certainly manifest; when five planets conjoin, the next two-and-a-half-year phase begins as Saturn moves from Aquarius into Pisces. Countless conflicts follow; Vishnu withdraws His protection from the negligent, while devotees are shielded by the strength of His arm. The unrighteous meet their end. Listen, company of the honest: board the boat of Truth, and you will cross the ocean of worldly existence.

This verse carries unusual weight on this site, because its central marker is no longer a future date to watch for — Saturn entered Pisces on 29 March 2025, exactly as encoded here six centuries ago. What remains is the verse's second half, addressed directly to "the company of the honest": not a demand for perfection, only a boat to board. The ocean it names is the ordinary difficulty of living through any age of change — and the instruction is strikingly simple. Hold to Truth, keep faith through the crossing, and the far shore is not in doubt.

A new verse appears here every day. Yesterday's verses live on in the blog and the verse teachings.
