Signs from the Holy Land of Lord Jagannath

Prophecies of Nilachal Kshetra and the Coming of Kalki

The Panchasakha of Odisha were instructed by Lord Shree Jagannath — the incorporeal (who is formless) — to inscribe the holy scripture Bhavishya Malika. According to the scriptures, the land of Shree Jagannath is considered to be Martya Vaikuntha — the earthly abode of Lord Maha-Vishnu.

Once 5,000 years of Kali Yuga have been completed, various omens will appear from Shree Jagannath's Nilachal Kshetra. These signs provide clear evidence that Kali Yuga has ended and it is time for the appearance of Lord Kalkidev.

Prophecy of King Divya Singh Dev IV

Source: Gupta Gyana, Achyutananda Das
Purport

Mahapurush Achyutananda speaks of Gajapati Maharaja Divya Singh Dev IV, the current titular king of Puri. He is the 19th king and holds the esteemed position of "Adyasevaka" — the first and foremost servitor of Lord Shree Jagannath. The Bhavishya Malika specifies that when Divya Singh Dev IV reigns, Kali Yuga will have completed 5,000 years. As we are in the 5,125th year of Kali Yuga, this prophecy is confirmed.

Purusottama deba rajanaka tharu unavinsa raja hebe setharu unavinsa raja pare raja nahin au akuli hoibe kulaku bohu
Source: Ati Badi Jagannath Das
Purport

Ati Badi Jagannath Das prophesized that 19 kings would rule in succession after Shree Purushottam Dev. The 19th king will have no son as successor. This is fulfilled today: Gajapati Maharaj Divya Singh Dev IV is the 19th king with no male successor — exactly as prophesied 600 years ago.

The Five Signs from Shree Jagannath Temple

Sign 1 — The Falling Stone from Amla Bedha

Source: Bhavishya Malika, Achyutananda Das
Purport

When a stone falls from the "Amla Bedha" (western gate interior complex) of Shree Jagannath temple, it will signal the end of Kali Yuga. This prophecy came true on 16th June 1990, when a pot-shaped stone weighing about a ton fell from the western gate's interior complex. Scientists have been unable to determine how the massive stone fell.

Sign 2 — The Vulture on Aruna Stambha

Purport

The falling stone will be accompanied by the sighting of a vulture bird perched on the "Aruna Stambh" — a 34-feet tall stone pillar near the main Lion Gateway. This prophecy has also come true.

Sign 3 — The Lime Coatings and the Neela Chakra

Source: Bhavishya Malika, Achyutananda Das
Purport

When the lime coatings of the Jagannath temple peel off and the Neela Chakra (metal wheel at the temple's top) gets deformed, India's economic condition will be in crisis. During the tenure of Dr. Chandrasekhar as Prime Minister, the lime coatings came off the Jagannath temple, and India was going through an economic crisis, overcoming it by pledging 3,000 tons of gold.

Sign 4 — Lightning in the Temple Kitchen

Source: Bhavishya Malika, Achyutananda Das
Purport

The arrival of the end of Kali Yuga will be signaled by a lightning strike in the kitchen of the Lord Jagannath temple. This event has occurred, when the kitchen of Jagannath temple was struck by lightning.

Sign 5 — The Breaking of Kalpavata

se bata mulare Arjuna jehu basiba dande mrityu samaye na padiba yama rajara dande
Source: Chausathi Patala, Achyutananda Das
Purport

The holy Banyan tree (Kalpavata) inside the courtyard of Shree Jagannath temple is considered Lord Jagannath Himself in tree form. When branches of the Kalpavata tree break, it signals Lord Jagannath departing from Nilachal Kshetra. The branches of Kalpavata have repeatedly broken in the past, substantiating the inscriptions of Mahapurush Achyutananda.

Kalpavata ghata heba jetebele Nilacala chadi jibe Madana gopale Rudra tharu unavinsa paryanta sethare sthapana hoibe mora sevadi bhavare
Source: Bhavishya Malika, Achyutananda Das
Purport

When a branch of Kalpavata breaks, Lord Jagannath will leave the temple and incarnate as Kalki Avatar. Bhavishya Malika also prophesies that fresh servitors will be recruited by the Odisha Government for temple management when Kalkidev is between 11 to 19 years old. This prophecy came true when the Government hired fresh servitors. Hence, Lord Jagannath has already incarnated.

All five major signs from the holy land of Lord Jagannath have come true. The 600-year-old prophecies of the Panchasakha have been fulfilled. Kali Yuga has ended — Lord Kalki has already incarnated on Earth.
